My intention is to provide support for both companies in the free economy, as well as for organizations with a focus on creating a meaningful social impact.

My focus is in agile product development, primarily although not exclusively, in software product centric environments using Scrum as the framework for enabling product and business agility.

Most of all I enjoy engaging with people as coach and trainer utilizing my previous business experience in supply chain, IT and product leadership to enable cross functional teams to focus on maximizing meaningful value.

I am especially motivated by the people centric approach that the Scrum framework creates, by applying agile principles and values to our daily work.

Working closely with Scrum Teams, as coach and trainer allows me to improve the interactions between Developers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters alike within their Scrum Teams. To help guide me I draw on my own significant experience and time spent in complex product and IT project leadership roles.

Now the additional aspects of coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitating while engaging with product teams as a change agent, rounds off my profile. Being passionate about coaching as well as the use of visualization to ensure common understanding across all team members and stakeholders helps me act as a guide and navigator as product teams work towards their own common shared goals.
